We stayed with Patrick for out 2 night visit to Cobh this weekend.. His apartment is exactly as described and was a perfect base for us. Clean, Spacious and warm we were right at home.. I highly recommend Patrick and his property on your visit to Cobh!

We stayed in The Belfry Apartments in Cobh for one month, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
The apartment is very spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are large and comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. From the window, there is a lovely view of the cathedral, which makes the atmosphere even more special.
It was very quiet during our stay, which was important for us, especially for a longer period. The apartment had everything we needed to live comfortably for a full month — it really felt like home.
Patrick was always quick to respond to our messages. We mainly contacted him for general information and small practical questions, and he was always helpful and friendly.
We would definitely recommend this place, especially for longer stays in Cobh.

Patrick was incredibly helpful to have guided me on my stay with my mother and aunt, letting me know my way about to get to the precise location of the apartment. The coast is a mere few minutes of walking and it had a beautiful view of the cathedral that my family loved. Restaurants and a supermarket were also within walking distance, which was incredibly convenient during the holidays. Heating was superb and the apartment was very tidy. The whole place felt like home, no downsides. :)
